Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage the reservation process, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
    • Monitor reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Guest Communication:

    • Interact with guests to provide information, answer inquiries, and assist with special requests.
    • Maintain effective communication with guests before, during, and after their stay.
  3. Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and train reservation staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
    • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to meet operational needs.
  4. Data Analysis:

    • Analyze reservation data to identify trends, optimize pricing strategies, and maximize revenue.
    • Prepare regular reports on reservation performance.


  • Annual salary ranging from 35,000 to 38,000, depending on experience.
