• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate activities and achieve common goals.
• Assist in implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and enhance the guest experience.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including front office procedures and basic accounting principles.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
