Junior Support Agent

Job brief

We are looking for a Junior Support Agent to join our game hosting team. As a Junior Support Agent, you will be responsible for helping our customers with any issues they may have with their game servers. You will be working with games like Minecraft, ARK, Terraria, Rust, 7DaysToDie, Project Zomboid, Satisfactory, Valheim and Factorio. If you are passionate about gaming and have a good understanding of these games, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities

• Help customers with any issues they may have with their game servers through ticket-based communication.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to the games listed above.
• Identify and report potential issues and opportunities for improvement to help the company grow.
• Work on a flexible schedule, with no set hours.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older, exceptions can be made.
• Passion for gaming and a good understanding of Minecraft and preferably also ARK, Terraria, Rust, 7DaysToDie, Project Zomboid, Satisfactory, Valheim and Factorio.
• Willingness to put in the time and effort to help the company grow.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Pterodactyl Panel is a plus
• Previous work in the Game Hosting Sector is a plus.
