Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting into the Country Manager, candidate has full ownership and accountability for managing accounts within your territory; providing a consistent, science-led and value-added service for health care professionals that supports best public health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales

· Accountable for achieving / exceeding private market sales targets.

· Developing and executing a strategic account plan to drive value and deliver growth.

· Establishing effective commercial relationships to promote and competitively sell products.

· Supporting the implementation of key marketing campaign in the assigned accounts which differentiate and enhance Accords standing in the healthcare market.

· Tracking of daily sales invoices.

· Submit Weekly / Monthly Call Reports to management

Territory Management

· Continuously identify and profile key target customers in Private Specialists, Group Practices and GPs in the private market sector and find the opportunities to drive performance.

· Identify business opportunities within territory and be able to execute and follow up on progress and outcome.

Stakeholder Management

· Demonstrate the ability to manage relationships with Healthcare Professionals, key institutions, professional associations, decision makers and other key stakeholders

· Maintain high level of customer service with identifying and resolving customer queries and problems proactively.

· Develop strong strategic relationship with Key stakeholders to build loyal customers to Accord Products.

Qualification

· Min 3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales.

· Demonstrated planning ability and strong organizational and executional skills.

· Driving license and possess a car is essential, as mobility within Singapore is required.

· Clear and influential communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to work independently, self-motivated and solution oriented.

· Business Acumen

· Ability to apply scientific and medical knowledge.
