Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Specialist located in Singapore. The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of shipping and receiving, packing, unloading, inventory control, and operating a pallet jack. The Warehouse Specialist will be required to maintain inventory, organize products, and ensure that the warehouse is kept neat and orderly. The Warehouse Specialist will also be responsible for processing orders, ensuring accuracy, and that the right product is shipped to the right customer on-time.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving, packing, unloading, inventory control, and operating a pallet jack
• Experience in warehouse management software such as SAP or WMS
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of orders accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is a plus
• A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred
