Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing marketing initiatives to promote our portfolio of medical devices in the Singaporean market.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in Singapore.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, and networking with key stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of our medical devices.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale, ensuring profitability and sustainable business growth.
  2. Marketing Strategy:

    • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and educational initiatives tailored to the Singaporean market.
    • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product positioning and differentiation.
    • Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to showcase our medical devices and engage with prospective clients.
    • Leverage digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to reach target audiences and generate leads.
  3. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to assess their satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's healthcare landscape, including knowledge of regulations, policies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages such as Mandarin or Malay would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within Singapore as required.
