About the job Account Assistant (Work From Home - 5 days Work)

ACCOUNTS
-Must have experience doing full set of accounts and proficient in Excel formula, google drive & workspace. Need to be very strong with debit credit and journal entry using cloud accounting software
-Being familiar with Xero cloud accounting software and Power BI will be a bonus, able to self learn Xero and Power BI
-Month end variance reporting and explanation
-Must be highly logical and can work under stress, willing to push co-workers to get yourself the numbers and information that you require. Display leadership qualities
-Highly task oriented and believes in high efficiency
-Highly organised and always ready. Able to prepare information in advance so that you can provide answers to management as and when there are queries
-Experience in cashflow forecasting and other aspects of FP&A will be a bonus
-Strong in journal entry and debit and credit
-Pay attention in details
** Opportunities to be promoted to Senior Finance Specialist and Assistant Manager in the next few years as company grows
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
