Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our organisation at a managerial level. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing the human resources functions, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs. The HR Managerial Level will be responsible for creating a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Establish and monitor strategic objectives for the HR team, aligning efforts with organisational goals. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.

  3. Design and implement comprehensive policies fostering a positive and conducive work environment.

  4. Develop and manage robust compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development opportunities.

  5. Oversee the intricate details of payroll and leave management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  6. Handling teachers and management staff attendance working along with each HOD and Ic person.

  7. Ensure full compliance with EPF and SOCSO contributions, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of labor laws to guarantee adherence to statutory requirements. Advise management on legal implications and potential risks related to HR decisions.

  8. Provide support and strategic insights for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.

  9. Engage in strategic discussions with management to map out and enhance employees' career development paths.

  10. Systematically monitor key HR metrics such as turnover rates and cost-per-hire for data-driven decision-making.

  11. Plan and execute comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

  12. Address employee requests and grievances promptly, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

  13. Maintain meticulous HR procedures, ensuring compliance with labor regulations and legal standards.

  14. Assist in ad hoc duties as by management.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in roles such as Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager HR, showcasing strategic leadership in Human Resources.

  2. Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software, including payroll systems demonstrating technological adeptness.

  3. Solid understanding of labour legislation, ensuring meticulous adherence to statutory regulations and legal requirements.

  4. Demonstrated full knowledge in EPF and SOCSO contributions, showcasing expertise in statutory compliance within the realm of labour laws.

  5. In-depth understanding of Malaysian labour laws, ensuring comprehensive knowledge and adherence to regulatory requirements.

  6. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, essential for effective collaboration and relationship-building.

  7. Demonstrated leadership skills to guide and inspire the HR team, contributing to organisational success.

  8. Proficient in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), demonstrating the ability to design and implement structured processes for effective organizational workflows.

  9. Ability to foster healthy employee relations, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

  10. BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, or relevant certifications considered a significant advantage.

  11. Demonstrated familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act (EA) to ensure meticulous compliance with statutory regulations.

  12. Proficient in payroll processing and skilled in conducting comprehensive budget analyses, contributing to effective financial management within the HR domain.

  13. Proven experience in implementing effective staff communication and engagement strategies, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment.

Work schedule:
5 days a week

Day Shift

  • Weekdays: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • Weekends: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary:

  • Competitive salary range: RM 2500.00 to RM 3000.00
