English Language Course Consultant / Business Development Associate

This role will primarily be a work from home position. Basic + commission package

Job Description:

Selling English language tuition classes to parents with children aged 6 to 17 years. Responsible to monitor, analyse and propose strategies to meet digital target KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting online sales KPIs

• To monitor and analyse market research, market conditions and competitor's information to identify and propose sales/marketing strategies.

• Work closely with team to execute campaign and promotions to increase online sales number

• Brainstorm ideas to drive sales numbers online

• Manage Digital Platform

Requirements:

• Social Media Savvy and owns a strong internet connection (100Mbps recommended) and computer with specs that can support remote work (with webcam)

• For English language sales position, you MUST be proficient/native sounding in English language. Having an English language teaching certificate will be a bonus as the job will require technical knowledge in English language teaching

• Familiar with digital platforms

• Organised and punctual on deadline submission

• Friendly, Creative and Bubbly personality

• Responsible and a team leader

• Basic knowledge of English tuition industry

• Self motivated & resourceful with a positive can do attitude

• Willing to base in office in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and travel to Singapore if required (not frequent, depending on situation)

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
