Responsibilities
Oversee the entire spectrum of Talent Management, including recruitment, onboarding, continuous employee engagement, and offboarding processes.
Conduct basic HR tasks related to recruitment, including job portal management, creating job posts, and developing candidate profiles.
Contribute to payroll tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Act as a key point of contact for job candidates, partnering agencies, and internal staff, fostering effective communication and engagement.
Play a crucial role in administrative tasks, particularly handling Excel, creating reports, and ensuring accuracy in data management.
Enjoy proactively communicating with teachers and possess strong listening skills to understand the needs of the target audience.
Contribute to performance management initiatives, assisting in the development and implementation of processes related to employee performance assessment and improvement.
Utilize analytical skills to conduct data analysis, providing insights into HR metrics, trends, and patterns to support informed decision-making within the organization.
Participate in and support diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture that values and celebrates differences among employees.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of statutory compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Possesses self-directed and fast-learning skills, open to continuous learning and development.
Pays strong attention to details, ensuring precision in all HR and administrative tasks.
Familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act and relevant HR laws.
Proficient in English language; strong written skills in English are a bonus.
Mandarin speaking skills will be an advantage for engaging with Mandarin-speaking candidates and staff.
Majored in HR, Law, or equivalent disciplines will be beneficial.
Assist in all other ad hoc duties as required.
Work Schedule:
5 days a week
Day Shift
Weekdays: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekends: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary:
-Competitive salary range: RM 2000.00 to RM 2500.00
