Acerca del puesto Logistics Coordinator

Objective:

Coordinate and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods within the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for inbound and outbound logistics.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in warehouse planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 13 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain support.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual), with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
