Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Ciudad de Doral, Miami-Dade

Job Type: Full-time

️ Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Manage and lead the warehouse team, promoting a collaborative and safe work environment.
• Control inventory and conduct regular audits.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best storage practices.
• Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Operations Department.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
• Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of inventory management, ERP/WMS systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work under pressure and extended hours if necessary.
