About the job Programme Executive
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Programme Executive to support the development, curation, documentation, and implementation of engagement programmes across the organisation's care services.
Working closely with the Programme Head and key stakeholders, the role contributes to programme design, develops structured materials and toolkits, supports monitoring and evaluation, and coordinates programme rollout to ensure therapeutic relevance, operational effectiveness, and scalability.
The role also helps translate programme frameworks into standardised and replicable programme packages for deployment across Senior Care Centres, St Luke's Residences, Active Ageing Centres, and other care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Implementation & Deployment Support
- Coordinate and support the operational implementation of programmes across various care services.
- Work with site teams to ensure readiness for programme rollout, including scheduling, resource preparation, manpower coordination, and materials dissemination.
- Provide implementation guidance and troubleshooting support to service teams during programme deployment.
- Monitor programme fidelity and adherence to intended programme design across different settings.
- Consolidate implementation feedback and recommend adjustments to strengthen programme usability and scalability.
2. Monitoring, Evaluation & Quality Assurance
- Conduct periodic needs assessment, participation tracking, and outcome reviews to evaluate programme effectiveness and relevance.
- Maintain accurate programme documentation and records for monitoring, reporting, and quality improvement purposes.
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting of programme participation, outcomes, and impact indicators.
- Implement quality control and compliance measures to ensure programmes are delivered consistently and effectively.
3. Stakeholder Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, care teams, and service leads to ensure programmes are aligned with client needs and operational realities.
- Develop collaborations with external partners, volunteers, and community organisations to enhance programme offerings where appropriate.
- Support communications, scheduling, and follow-up with stakeholders involved in programme delivery.
- Gather stakeholder feedback and channel insights for programme refinement.
4. Volunteer & Resource Coordination
- Guide and support volunteers in the execution of programme activities where applicable.
- Assist in planning manpower support requirements for programme rollout.
- Ensure programme resources, materials, and supplies are adequately prepared and maintained.
5. Administrative & Funding Support
- Handle administrative work related to programme funding applications, claims, procurement, and utilisation tracking.
- Maintain organised filing systems for programme records, reports, and supporting documents.
- Support any other administrative work required to fulfil programme development and implementation functions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Business Administration, Gerontology, Arts Management, Psychology, Community Development, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, community programmes, eldercare, or social services
- Experience in activity design, programme facilitation, or community engagement preferred
- Experience in data management, reporting, or operational planning Exposure to grant administration or budgeting (advantageous)
