We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented individual to join our team in a customer-facing role supporting the daily operations of a residence. In this role, you will provide professional front-line service by handling enquiries, managing mail and deliveries, and assisting with administrative and business support tasks. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating errands, supporting printing and logistics needs, and maintaining organised systems within the residence. You will take ownership of client interactions, deliver high-quality service across diverse needs, and contribute to a positive and efficient environment through strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides customer service on phone and at the residence.
  • Provides information regarding residence.
  • Runs appropriate errands for clients and picks up or delivers a variety of items.
  • Provides a variety of business services such as collection or shipping packages/items and assisting with printing needs.
  • Receives, stores, and/or delivers mail and deliveries.
  • Develops and maintains administration of the residence.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Must have a positive attitude with the ability to remain flexible and patient.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills.

Education and Experience:

  • At least two years of customer services experience highly preferred.
  • Has at least Higher Nitec or O level pass in English
  • Conversant in English and Mandarin
  • Able to handle different levels of clients

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods standing at a desk and working on a computer.
