Head of IT
The Head of IT will lead St Lukes Eldercares technology and digital transformation journey to strengthen operational efficiency, service quality, and data-driven decision-making across all functions from frontline eldercare services to back-office operations.
This role will bridge the gap between technology operations, business enablement, and strategic transformation, ensuring technology is a key enabler of quality, safety, and growth in eldercare services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 3 to 5 year IT and digital transformation roadmap aligned with organizational growth.
- Act as a strategic business partner to centre based s, residential based, home based and community-based services.
- Lead the IT and digitalisation teams, enhancing service from reactive support to proactive enablement.
- Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, and system reliability across all centres.
- Drive digital solutions that improve frontline staff productivity and client care outcomes.
- Integrate and optimise systems across corporate services & office productivity tools.
- Implement data strategy, enabling consolidated reporting and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for innovation (AI, analytics, IoT) to enhance care and efficiency.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in digital transformation and technology strategy, ideally in healthcare or multi-site organisations.
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, system integration, and cloud architecture.
- Track record in leading IT teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and change management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory and funding requirements in healthcare/eldercare (PDPA, IMDA, grants).
