About the job Enrolled Nurse
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Enrolled Nurse to join our Nursing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personalised and professional care by supporting patients daily living needs, monitoring their health, and carrying out nursing procedures in line with established standards. You will focus on patient safety, comfort, and dignity, while assisting the nursing team in clinical care, documentation, and coordination. You will take ownership of direct patient care, medication administration, while also contributing to quality improvement and transdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care by monitoring residents health and nutritional status, carrying out nursing procedures, administering medications, and responding to emergencies
- Support residents in daily living activities by encouraging independence, assisting with hygiene and mobility needs, and ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality of life
- Conduct ongoing assessments for medical, mental health, and safety risks, escalating concerns such as adverse reactions, dementia symptoms, or potential abuse to the Senior Nurse
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing care, interventions, incidents, and clinical consumables in compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
- Coordinate resident admissions, transfers, discharges, and follow-up appointments, ensuring smooth care transitions and clear communication with families
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary discussions, collaborate with colleagues, volunteers, and care partners, and contribute to the self-managed household model of care
- Provide guidance and training to care partners and new staff through on-the-job coaching or in-service sessions and serve as a resource for basic nursing issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement by supporting quality initiatives, research activities, and any other projects assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Nursing Aides who have recently upgraded their qualifications are welcome to apply
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills with ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
