Manager / Senior Manager Business Process Improvement (Organizational Excellence)

Role Overview

This role plays a key part in enhancing operational excellence across St Lukes ElderCare You will partner with departments across the organisation to streamline backend processes, support data-driven decision-making, and enable efficient service delivery in eldercare. This is a strategic and hands-on role aimed at building a more agile and responsive organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business process improvement initiatives across departments using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Analyse existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with frontline and support departments (e.g., Allied Health, Active Ageing, Nursing Home) to improve care delivery processes.
  • Support development and implementation of operational KPIs and performance dashboards.
  • Work with IT and Digital Transformation teams to align process improvements with tech and data infrastructure.
  • Drive integration and automation of backend processes to enable better service outcomes.
  • Champion a continuous improvement culture through capability-building and internal coaching.
  • Facilitate change management and stakeholder engagement across levels.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Masters is a plus.
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or other recognised process improvement methodologies.
  • 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operations, or transformation projects.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret operational and service delivery data.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, business systems, and data integration workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Passion for eldercare and a strong sense of purpose in improving community-based services.
