Responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of frozen and dry goods.
• Oversee cold chain operations, ensuring product integrity during storage, handling, and transport.
• Supervise warehouse activities: inventory control, stock reconciliation, and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO, SLS, and other food safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and use of logistics technologies (ERP/WMS/TMS).
• Lead and develop warehouse, logistics, and unionized teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Logistics Manager, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven expertise in managing cold storage, distribution, and fleet operations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating diverse teams.
• Proficiency in logistics software and data-driven planning tools (ERP/WMS/TMS).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
