Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Monitor and reconcile patient billing, insurance claims, and payments.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare financial policies, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for healthcare operations.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is a must (Fully Qualified).

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical sector.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance.

• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or healthcare ERP systems).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
