Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative design solutions for a variety of interior projects, including residential and commercial spaces
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design recommendations accordingly
• Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and material specifications to communicate design concepts to clients and contractors
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely and successful project completion
• Mentor and guide junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow within the company 

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in the construction materials and interior products industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of interior design projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, project teams, and vendors
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits, if necessary
