Trainee - Sales & Marketing
Company: Leading Software Solutions Provider Location: Colombo 

Salary Range: LKR 30,000 - 45,000

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales operations by coordinating tasks, handling inquiries, and assisting the sales team as needed.

• Help identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and monitoring market trends.

• Maintain and update sales records accurately in the system for easy tracking and reporting.

• Assist in customer follow-ups to ensure smooth communication and help build strong customer relationships.

• Participate in sales campaigns and promotional events to promote products and support sales activities.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.

• Strong willingness to learn, grow, and adapt within the sales environment.

• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts to support daily activities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and ability to handle basic data entry and reporting.

• Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
