QHSE Deviation Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Review product and process deviation reports and ensure appropriate corrective action plans are defined.

• Follow up with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of deviation-related actions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and adequacy of corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence of deviations.

• Monitor deviation trends and identify areas for improvement within QHSE systems.

• Prepare and present deviation management reports to management on status, risks, and progress.

• Support compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements related to deviation management.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or any related field.

• Training or demonstrated competency in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.

• Working knowledge of problem-solving tools such as 5-Whys and Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams.

• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.

• Comfortable working in an IT-based environment and documentation systems.
