Vice Presidents - Finance

Responsibilities

• Lead overall finance functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

• Conduct financial modeling to support business expansion and investment projects.

• Manage cash flow, authorize payments, and coordinate with banks and auditors.

• Oversee projects and infrastructure development, ensuring process efficiency and compliance.

• Support certification programs such as FSSC 22000 and HACCP.

• Prepare business proposals and liaise with legal, regulatory, and government bodies (BOI, IRD).

• Provide strategic input to executive management on financial planning and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CA are highly desirable.

• 20 years of progressive experience in finance, with exposure to multinational operations.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

• Experience in project management, process optimization, and certification programs is a plus.
