Job Responsiblities
- Promote and sell engineering/electrical products and solutions by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable technical solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets through proactive lead generation, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and effective after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in engineering or electrical products.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and public relations skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them clearly to customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Valid riding/driving license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
