Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the effective management and optimization of the organizations IT infrastructure and resources.

  • Support, administer, and maintain the companys ERP system to ensure smooth and reliable operations.

  • Install, configure, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, computer systems, and network infrastructure.

  • Respond promptly to IT service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution of system and application-related issues.

  • Provide technical support and conduct user training to enhance staff efficiency and system usage.

  • Handle IT administration tasks, including user access management and system documentation.

  • Evaluate, test, and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and system performance.

  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in IT support processes and recommend or implement corrective actions.

  • Manage and maintain the company website and oversee social media platforms from a technical standpoint.

Job Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in IT support or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of SAP Business One (SAP B1) will be considered an added advantage.

  • Strong technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows & Windows Server), Microsoft Office applications, MS SQL, Exchange, and Linux environments.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

  • Capability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
