Finance Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including preparation, filing, and coordination with tax authorities.

• Drive cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations to ensure optimal fund utilization.

• Oversee daily banking activities, cash positioning, AP/AR postings in ERP, and petty cash administration.

• Manage financial aspects of import/export operations including BOI processes, transaction verification, and reconciliations.

• Ensure adherence to statutory accounting frameworks, audit requirements, and internal financial controls.

• Serve as a primary liaison with auditors, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

• Maintain accurate and timely financial records, general ledger entries, and cash/bank reconciliations.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis within a corporate environment.

• Strong technical understanding of local accounting standards, taxation regulations, and statutory compliance.

• Proven hands-on proficiency with SAP ERP systems (mandatory).

• Prior exposure to treasury management and cash flow operations preferred.

• Working knowledge of IFRS considered a strong advantage.

• Excellent analytical capability, financial discipline, and stakeholder communication.
