Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to team members
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
