Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide guidance and support to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel as needed
