Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.

Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.

Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Support the customer care team in achieving service targets.
Requirements

GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).

Basic computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service.
