Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes.

  • Assist in resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Support the customer care team in achieving service targets.

Requirements

  • GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage).

  • Basic computer literacy with good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service.
