Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute preventive and corrective maintenance operations for mechanical and electrical systems in industrial and hospitality environments.

• Ensure reliable operation of boilers, pumps, and other utility equipment through regular inspections and maintenance schedules.

• Diagnose technical issues, recommend effective solutions, and ensure minimum downtime of critical systems.

• Coordinate maintenance activities and liaise with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operational performance.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, equipment performance, and spare part usage.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing energy efficiency and operational reliability.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / NDT / HNDE / NDES or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering within the Manufacturing or Hospitality sectors.

• Hands-on exposure to boilers, pumps, and plant utility systems preferred.

• Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance best practices in industrial settings.
