Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day security operations across assigned sites.
• Oversee guard deployment, manpower planning, and team performance.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and prepare accurate investigation reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Ensure all operations comply with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Requirements

• 5 - 8 years of security operations experience, including managerial/supervisory exposure.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large security teams.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols and risk management.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and make quick decisions.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency; must be flexible with work hours.
