Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team fundraising targets by engaging with donors and participating in events.
• Implement effective fundraising techniques, with a focus on Face-to-Face interactions.
• Sign up new donors, accurately record payment details, and coordinate with the donor services team.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors.

• Participate in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and event

• Report fundraising activities and results to management regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A/L qualification.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or fundraising.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable engaging with the public and building donor networks.
