Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions.

• Customize ERP modules and workflows based on business requirements.

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Support ERP system upgrades, integrations, and extensions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in a timely manner.

• Provide user training and ongoing support to ensure smooth ERP adoption.

• Prepare system documentation, reports, and user manuals.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP-related projects successfully.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, customization, or support (preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central).

• Knowledge of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.

• Hands-on experience with SQL and database design.

• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/AL, AL, or similar.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with end-users and stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver within deadlines.
