Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project designs are feasible and meet all specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring all expenses and deadlines are met.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, PMP certification is a plus.
