Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations across all island-wide branches to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures, service standards, and company policies across all locations.

• Conduct regular site visits, audits, and branch performance reviews, implementing improvement initiatives where required.

• Drive operational strategy, annual planning, budgeting, and execution aligned with organizational goals.

• Coordinate effectively between branches and Head Office, while overseeing inventory control, distribution, and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5–10 years experience in operations management, preferably within multi-location environments.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with experience in performance analysis and reporting.

• Willingness to travel island-wide; valid driving license preferred, with proficiency in MS Office and operations-related software.
