Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle customs and TIEP GRNs and ensure proper documentation for import/export processes.

• Process SVAT and prepare VAT returns in compliance with statutory requirements.

• Manage payments and petty cash while maintaining proper records and reconciliations.

• Prepare customer invoices and support debtor collections to ensure timely inflows.

• Assist in final accounts data entry, stock management, and costing activities.

• Handle insurance documentation and renewals.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for financial analysis and reporting.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Partially completed AAT Level 3 or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 6 years of experience in finance management.

• Strong knowledge of SVAT, VAT returns, and general accounting principles.

• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
