Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell power generator solutions to industrial, commercial, and institutional customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market share and customer base.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure effective customer support and timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate sales reports and updates while ensuring compliance with company policies.


Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in sales or business development, preferably in power solutions or engineering.
  • Strong technical knowledge of generator sets and power solutions (added advantage).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
