Responsibilities

  • Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to help new hires settle into the company culture.
  • Handle employee relations and address workplace issues professionally.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and other compensation-related tasks, resolving any related questions.
  • Assist with career development and succession planning by working with managers to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and run employee engagement activities to build teamwork and a positive work environment.
  • Ensure clear communication between employees and management to promote transparency and trust.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to make all employees feel valued.
  • Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, ensuring policies and processes are followed smoothly.


Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resource Management .
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of solid experience as an HR Executive in a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Prior exposure to strategic HR functions will be a definite advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
