Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to help new hires settle into the company culture.
- Handle employee relations and address workplace issues professionally.
- Manage payroll, attendance, leave, and other compensation-related tasks, resolving any related questions.
- Assist with career development and succession planning by working with managers to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and run employee engagement activities to build teamwork and a positive work environment.
- Ensure clear communication between employees and management to promote transparency and trust.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to make all employees feel valued.
- Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, ensuring policies and processes are followed smoothly.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resource Management .
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of solid experience as an HR Executive in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive working relationships.
- Prior exposure to strategic HR functions will be a definite advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
