Responsibilities

• Assist the senior site supervisor in managing daily site operations and maintaining workflow efficiency.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to plans and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and report any issues promptly.
• Monitor the use of materials, maintain inventory records, and communicate material requirements to the procurement team.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, including labor attendance and work updates.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and clients to support smooth project execution and resolve site-related issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity (internship or training experience considered).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work according to project specifications.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when required.
• Candidates residing near Kohuwala or surrounding areas are preferred.
