Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. A Masters degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or related HR functions.
  • Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and digital learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation models
  • Passionate about people development and organizational growth.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
