Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. A Masters degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or related HR functions.
- Experience in designing and delivering both in-person and digital learning solutions.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation models
- Passionate about people development and organizational growth.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
