Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional manner.

Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly with proper phone etiquette.

Manage reservations, appointments, and meeting room bookings.

Handle front-desk operations including inquiries, correspondence, and administrative support.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Assist other departments with clerical and administrative tasks when required.
Requirements
-
G.C.E. O/L minimum academic qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist skills.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle reservations.
-
A self-motivated lady with an outgoing and pleasant personality.
-
Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an advantage).

Basic computer literacy (MS Office knowledge preferred).
