Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate tracking, storage, and timely replenishment of stock to meet operational needs.
• Lead and mentor store staff, delegating tasks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits, minimize discrepancies, and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent overstocking or shortages.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance, maintaining a secure and hazard-free storage environment.
• Prepare and present inventory reports, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to optimize store operations.

Requirments

• Degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field
• Proven experience in warehouse/store management or a similar role.
• Male candidate below 40 years of age.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
