Responsibilities

  • Support ATS management by updating and maintaining, in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate.
  • Coordinate background verification by collecting, verifying, and tracking candidate documents while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Draft job advertisements by creating clear and attractive job ads aligned with hiring requirements and employer branding guidelines.
  • Publish adverts on various job boards, the company job portal, and social media platforms, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
  • Assist team members in other activities, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the HR department.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
