Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of leadership programs, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and employee development needs
- Lead the Leadership Development team to support the growth of future leaders
- Manage succession planning by identifying top talent and creating development opportunities
- Analyze leadership data and provide insights to assist HR in making informed decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training programs
- Plan and oversee the annual leadership development calendar based on business needs and performance reviews
- Oversee the onboarding process for new managers to ensure a smooth transition into the company
- Manage the management trainee program, fostering the growth of high-potential employees
- Administer the company's learning management system, ensuring it supports ongoing employee development
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional qualification, such as CQHRM, is an added advantage
- At least 10 years of experience in HR or leadership development, with 5 years in a managerial role
- Fluency in Sinhala and English, with strong communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
