Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of leadership programs, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and employee development needs
  • Lead the Leadership Development team to support the growth of future leaders
  • Manage succession planning by identifying top talent and creating development opportunities
  • Analyze leadership data and provide insights to assist HR in making informed decisions
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and deliver targeted training programs
  • Plan and oversee the annual leadership development calendar based on business needs and performance reviews
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new managers to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Manage the management trainee program, fostering the growth of high-potential employees
  • Administer the company's learning management system, ensuring it supports ongoing employee development
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An MBA or professional qualification, such as CQHRM, is an added advantage
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR or leadership development, with 5 years in a managerial role
  • Fluency in Sinhala and English, with strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
