About the job Showroom Executive
Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and vision of the organization while cultivating trust and credibility in every interaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, recommending the right solutions, and building long-term relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing a pipeline of prospective clients to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Actively participate in and execute sales promotions, product launches, and marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Monitor customer trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide actionable insights and strategic input to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and report progress using CRM tools or designated systems.
Requirements:
- Minimum G.C.E. A/L qualification. Part or full professional qualifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management would be a strong advantage.
- Prior experience in the automobile sector or related fields is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven success in sales or customer-facing roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy, self-driven, and target-oriented mindset
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
