Responsibilities 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Support the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, R&D) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and report progress regularly to management.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies and long-term business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
