Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 05 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain operations is a must
- Proven experience in managing strategic sourcing projects and vendor negotiations
- Male candidates aged below 35 are encourage to apply
- Proficient in procurement software and tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication & organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
- Availability to work half-day on Saturdays
Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain effective relationships with vendors to secure reliable and cost-effective supply chains
- Lead sourcing activities for materials, equipment, and services, ensuring alignment with company objectives and budgetary constraints
- Manage procurement budgets effectively and ensure that spending stays within allocated limits
- Ensure adherence to all procurement policies and legal requirements
- Conduct thorough market research to identify the most competitive suppliers and best market practices
