Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support in preparing and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance checks.
- Monitor adherence to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP) during production activities.
- Identify quality issues, escalate concerns to the QA Manager, and assist in corrective actions.
- Participate in employee training programs on quality assurance procedures and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to address quality-related challenges promptly.
- Prepare quality performance reports and submit findings to the QA Manager.
Requirments
- Bachelors degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Previous experience in quality assurance or control.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with MS Office tools.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from the QA Manager.
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and support cross-functional collaboration.
