Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Support in preparing and maintaining documentation for audits and compliance checks.
  • Monitor adherence to food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO, GMP) during production activities.
  • Identify quality issues, escalate concerns to the QA Manager, and assist in corrective actions.
  • Participate in employee training programs on quality assurance procedures and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the production team to address quality-related challenges promptly.
  • Prepare quality performance reports and submit findings to the QA Manager.

Requirments

  • Bachelors degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
  • Previous experience in quality assurance or control.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation and familiarity with MS Office tools.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from the QA Manager.
  • Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and support cross-functional collaboration.
