Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for financial technology solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, business analysts, and clients.
• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals for new solutions.
• Drive requirement gathering, solution design, planning, execution, and testing processes.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development and/or project management.
• Proven experience managing projects in the financial technology domain (banking, payments, fintech).
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Oracle, MVC, MySQL, Big Data.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
