Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding).
  • Support team in implementing and maintaining HR policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Maintain candidate databases and generate recruitment-related reports.
  • Conduct preliminary background checks and assist in the verification process.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to contribute to team growth.

Requirements 

  • A completed Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn new things and grow within the HR domain.
  • Good knowledge in HR policies and labor Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
