Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Architects, Engineers, and Consultants to increase brand visibility and product preference.
  • Present and communicate the technical specifications, features, and benefits of our roofing products to prospective clients.
  • Identify project tenders, evaluate bidding opportunities, and prepare competitive proposals to secure contracts.
  • Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the companys revenue objectives.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management.
  • Work closely with internal sales and technical teams to align efforts and improve overall sales efficiency.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements 

  • Degree or any professional qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the roofing, construction, or building materials sector.
  • Familiarity with roofing systems and their technical components will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
  • Male candidates aged between 23 28 years are encourage to apply.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Kelaniya area.
